Return & Refund Policy Sometimes things happen and The Cakes by Curstyn experience goal is to provide fresh and tasty treats. If there is an issue with your order please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase. For your order to be replaced you must bring in the items purchased for your replacement order to be honored. All orders are non-refundable. Exchange within 24 hours of purchase. If you place an order and do not pickup on the schedule pick up date or time, your order will be canceled and no refund nor exchange/remake will be available unless a notice the day of or day prior has been given. Once orders have been placed Cakes by Curstyn does not issue refunds.​ Pickup location Cakes by Curstyn, 1325 Riverside Pkwy, Austell, Georgia 30168, Building 1100 United States Pick up Instructions: Custom Cakes Pick Up: Cakes are made with fresh ingredients and will need to stay in cool tempters doing transport. This is crucial in summer/warm tempters. Arrive at scheduled time, ensure your A/C is on at least 15 mins prior to picking order up, this includes your floor A/C. (If you need cooling aids you can add cooling packets to your order. Note: The further the destination the more ice packets you may need). Ensure your front seat is set as far back as possible & your front floor seat is completely empty, Cakes are NOT recommended to ride in back seats, laps, trunks, or seats. Once arrived park in an available parking space in front or near Building 1100, turn on your hazards and text arrived to 678-860-4225. A 30 minute grace period will be given. After 30 mins a $25 late fee will be added on, then applied for each additional hour you are late. Unless you call at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled pick up time and date. Curbside Pick up: All orders are made fresh. You must pick up at the selected time and date. If order isn't picked up within 1 hour, your order will be canceled and no refund/remake will be issued. If you order a hot item such as fried apple pie, funnel cakes, dessert egg rolls, and arrive later than your scheduled pick up time and date your order may be cold and will not be remade and no refunds will be issued. You can call or text prior to your scheduled pick up time and date to make arrangements and avoid order cancellation. Online Shipping: Orders take 2-3 days to process before being shipped. Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure orders will arrive in a timely manner. Orders will not be shipped Friday-Sunday or holidays. We bake our products fresh and want them to arrive to you just that way. Currently cakes are not available for shipping, pick up only. Cakes by Curstyn is not held responsible for damaged desserts caused by shipping carrier. We are not held responsible for delays or dissatisfaction of the products. Cake jars & cakesicles will ship with 1-2 ice packets depending on the size of order. Additional ice packets available for purchase. All desserts must be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. Desserts last 5 days refrigerated or 1-3 months frozen in air tight containers. Cakes by Curstyn does issue refunds for any orders that are shipped. Please allow 5-7 days business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, not including weekends or holidays.
